Welcome to Jagdish Foods (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (jagdishfoods.com) and any purchase you make through our site. By accessing or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

1. Definitions

Customer / You / Your means the person who visits or makes a purchase via our website.

Products means the food items, snacks, namkeens, etc., offered for sale on the website.

Order means a purchase of Products made via the website.

Service means the e-commerce platform and any delivery/gifting/corporate services offered.

2. Ordering & Acceptance

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the Products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason (e.g. out of stock, pricing error, etc.).

Once we accept the order (by sending you a confirmation by email or otherwise), the contract between you and Jagdish Foods is formed.

3. Price, Payment & Taxes

Prices shown are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise specified.

Prices are inclusive or exclusive of taxes/GST etc. as displayed. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, delivery charges.

In case of payment failure, we will notify you and you will have to retry or choose another method.

4. Delivery & Shipping

In case of perishable products, once delivered and accepted, Jagdish Foods is not responsible for spoilage due to customer’s failure to store/use appropriately.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because food is perishable, returns/refunds are accepted only under certain conditions, e.g. if the product is damaged, spoiled, or not as described. You must notify us within [X] hours of delivery (for example, 24 hours), providing photos or proof.

For defective/damaged items, we may (a) replace the product, (b) refund the price paid, or (c) offer store credit, at our discretion.

Orders can be cancelled by you before dispatch. Once the product has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed via the same payment method you used, usually within [X] business days.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information (description, images, nutritional info), but do not guarantee it is always complete or error-free.

Some products may contain allergens or be processed in facilities that handle allergens. It is your responsibility to check ingredients if you have any allergy. Jagdish Foods is not liable for allergic reactions unless caused by our gross negligence or misrepresentation.

All content on the website (text, images, designs, logos, product names) is our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our express written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates any law or third-party rights.

You must provide accurate and complete information when placing orders.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jagdish Foods will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of the website or products.

Our liability for any claim arising out of or related to an order will in no event exceed the value of that order.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and use personal information (name, address, payment details) to process orders, improve our services, and for marketing (if you opt in).

We store your data securely and will not share it with third parties except as needed to fulfill your order (delivery, payment gateway), or as required by law.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
